  I have been to Balance twice; one time for laser hair removal and the other time for microdermabrasion. Both experiences far exceeded my expectations. All of the staff members are very polite and welcoming. As a first-timer to laser hair removal, I was a bit nervous; however, the staff immediately put me at ease. Sabreena did the hair removal under my arms and bikini area. She informed me what to expect before, during, and after my experience. Sabreena was efficient and warned me before she ran the laser over potentially sensitive areas. The under arms were not painful for me whatsoever. The bikini area was pretty painful in certain areas, and Sabreena’s warnings were greatly appreciated. She also told me that it may take a few weeks for the hair to fall out completely (with the help of tweezers). This was the case for me, so don’t get discouraged if you do not see an immediate result! I have not shaved in almost a month, and I do not see any regrowth yet. I will definitely schedule a follow-up appointment if necessary. I did not expect laser hair removal to be a life-changing experience, but it certainly has been.
  Karen performed my microdermabrasion, which was also a first for me. I loved how soft and smooth my face felt after she finished. Karen has beautifully flawless skin, and I am looking forward to developing a skin care plan with her.
  Balance offers a multitude of services for people of any age, and I highly recommend them for anyone looking to improve his or her skin, appearance, and overall well-being.
