  I regret renewing my lease for a second year. New neighbor moved in above me and have 2 small kids and it's been a nightmare ever since. The leasing office won't take any action but ask that the tenants to work it out among ourselves. Why should I do their job?? The are being paid to manage the apartment complex. This has been horrible experience living with rude and disrespectful neighbors. She allows her kids to run and jump all day long on weekends and evenings and the pipes that run between the units rattle so loud you would think someone is breaking in. The neighbor poured water on her patio and it flowed down to our patio and she poured water from her front door which flowed down to our floor almost drenching my daughter. Of course we called and reported the situation but no action was taken. Do not rent at this place.
