  I am convinced that all positive reviews are from their own staff. This location is TERRIBLE! I started a bikini and under arm hair removal package and every single treatment I found myself arguing with the treatment girls on where the boarders of my treatments were. Some girls would argue on how high my bikini line was or if I had to pay extra to have the bikini lines area done (fold where your bikini ends and your leg starts. Where the elastic on your bikini would be) WHY WOULD I PAY FOR A FULL BIKINI AND NOT COVER THE SIDES THAT YOU WOULD SEE IF I WERE IN A BIKINI!? Also it’s very uncomfortable to be naked having those types of arguments with the person giving you the treatment.
  
  But that wasn’t all...
  They lost my chart THREE times! I tried transferring to other locations and every time they lost my chart. So outraged!
  
  Also they never have appointments so if you can’t make the original one you make you’re looking at getting pushed outside of your treatment window. And what they don’t tell you is that if you miss your appointment window your “lifetime warrantee” is automatically void because you didn’t make the timely appointments (even if THEY didn’t have available appointments). And of course, all the girls are super nasty and unprofessional.
  
  Do yourself a favor and just start off at the Newport News location. It’s worth the long as drive. These guys are absolutely TERRIBLE.
